Triad Home Services offers several yearly maintenance packages. These lawn service packages have been designed to offer you a worry-free yard. Once you decide on the package, you can rest assured that we will provide regularly scheduled service to keep you grass in top condition. We also offer easy payment plans. Your yearly service will be billed in 12 affordable monthly payments. We also offer a 10 payment plan for those who prefer not to pay for lawn care service in the winter months.

For a limited time, we are offering a free soil analysis with every new contract to ensure your lawn receives the care it needs.

Full Service Package

Our Full Service Package provides you with most any service you will need during the growing season.

What you'll receive:


• Weekly Grass Cuts
• Weekly Trimming
• Weekly Edging
• Weeding of Flower Beds as needed
• Aeration (Spring or Fall)
• Overseed
• Fertilization as needed
• Application of Lime as needed
• Addition of new Mulch or Straw
• Turning of Mulch Quarterly
• Spring Clean Up
• Fall Clean Up
• Trim Shrubs and Hedges

Basic Package

This is our most popular package. Your yard will look great and you still have the option to add other services as needed.
